Children’s Lawyer in London – Anna Walsh
When parent’s divorce or separate, difficult decisions need to be made about the arrangements for the care of the children including where they should live and with whom they should have contact.
I can advise you on the following matters:
- Child Arrangement Order – with whom a child is to live, spend time or otherwise have contact, and when a child is to live, spend time or otherwise have contact with any person (formally known as Residence and Contact Orders);
- A Prohibited Steps Order – when one parent objects to something that the other parent is doing concerning their children, you can apply to the Court for an Order prohibiting the action from taking place i.e. leaving the country.
- A Specific Issue Order – if parents are unable to agree on a specific aspect of their children’s upbringing i.e. which school the children should attend.
- Urgent steps to be taken when the immediate welfare of your child needs to be safeguarded.
I can advise you in writing or in person (including Skype where appropriate) and can represent you at any court hearings that are listed to hear your matter.
Please contact my clerks who will be happy to assist you further.
